As both Project Manager and active Board Member for the re-development of this important civic crossroads, Type A Projects is facilitating a complex, city-led development process through funding, design, and ultimately through construction. After accessing $2,500,000 in competitive city grants by co-authoring applications to the Department of Transportation, Borough President’s Office, and City Council, our team managed the stakeholder design process to ensure that community needs were met, while driving the project through an inter-agency review process, including numerous public review periods.
